Information for New Clients
If you and your pet are new clients to 24/7 Animal Hospital of Orlando, we want to welcome you to our practice. Regardless of the reason for your visit, you can expect nothing but exceptional care and service—all in a state-of-the-art facility. To expedite the check-in process, we invite you to fill out our New Patient Form online. This form can be downloaded and completed from your home and brought in at the time of your appointment. We want your first visit to be as convenient and pleasant as possible, so we’ve provided the following list of FAQs so you’ll know what to expect. What Services Do You Offer?
Although “emergency” is in our name, we offer many standard, non-emergency vet services as well, including wellness plans, teeth cleaning, boarding, and grooming. You can view a full list of our services by hovering over the “Services” tab at the top of the page.
Do I Need to Make an Appointment?
Appointments are preferred for non-emergencies (required for boarding), but they are not required for emergencies.
What Should I Bring?
Please bring your pet’s medical records and relevant information from his previous veterinarian (if applicable). Plan to also bring your pet on a leash or in a carrier. Also be prepared to tell us about any questions or concerns you have regarding your pet’s health or behavior. This will help us provide your pet with the best possible care.
What Is Your Payment Policy?
Payment is due at the time services are rendered. We accept all major credit/debit cards (must be signed by card owners), checks, cash, pet insurance, and CareCredit®.
What Is CareCredit®?
CareCredit® is a credit-based program that offers various financing options that allow you to make low monthly payments on your pet’s veterinary care (3% of the total balance). Some of the other features of this option include:
- Various financing options (6, 12, 18, and 24 months)
- No interest for 6 months on select options
- No annual fee
You can apply online or at our hospital, where we’ll call in your application over the phone for immediate approval.
